We loved the stunning views and the convenient location, which allowed us to reach the ski station and shops on foot. The hassle-free parking was also a plus. The staff and management of the hotel were very friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities really impressed us.

The spa area was a great place to relax after a long day at work. The location was convenient with shops and ski stations within walking distance. The views from the room were breathtaking and provided a refreshing change of scenery.
The wifi connection was weak at times and made it difficult to work efficiently. The personnel could be more respectful and professional in their mannerisms towards guests. The cold pool and sauna were disappointing and did not provide the expected level of relaxation.

The hotel boasts a stunning location with beautiful views- perfect for nature lovers. Guests can easily reach ski stations and shops by foot. the apartments are furnished with cozy traditional decor and the bathrooms are well equipped. the spa area is modern with only a few minor drawbacks such as an unstable hot water pressure. the managers run an efficient establishment and are encouraging and very helpful during the stay.
The personnel's attitude is somewhat lacking, as some guests report being yelled at for very minimal reasons.

We recently stayed at a hotel over Christmas and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the village. The views were spectacular and we were able to reach the ski station and shops by foot which was very convenient. We also appreciated the hassle-free parking that was available.
Our experience was let down by the service provided by the staff. They had a poor attitude and were openly yelling at guests for minimal reasons, which made us feel uncomfortable.
